"Questionable Business Tactics"
This has got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I got sent the wrong dress style, and like others have mentioned, they don't want it back. They keep offering a tiny refund to just keep it. I turned down their offers twice, but when the third one came and I still wanted to send it back, they claimed shipping costs are sky-high. When I inquired about the high price, they told me returns go to their warehouse in Dubai. They promote that their clothing is made in South Carolina. Now I'm left with a poorly made dress that doesn't fit and isn't what I ordered. I'll definitely be checking Google reviews before I shop online again.

"Subpar quality and a sketchy return policy"
I ordered five items online since the images looked appealing. The fit was off and the clothes were made oddly. The fabric felt flimsy and low-quality. No worries, though. Their site claimed returns were possible for a refund. However, I found no return slips in my package. I reached out via email and got a response from customer service saying they could refund me $66 on a $250 purchase and suggested I keep the items. I made it clear that I didn’t want to keep them; I just wanted my money back. They didn’t want the items returned, but kept increasing the refund offer like we were haggling. It was quite strange. I emailed them again and provided Pappya with a tracking number as requested. Honestly, I’m not feeling too optimistic about this.

"Shipping took way too long"
I placed an order for a sweater in December. They told me it would arrive in about 2 weeks. Here I am, 3 weeks later, still waiting for it. They claimed it was shipped, but the tracking number they gave me doesn’t show up at the post office.

"Item never arrived"
I placed an order for two tops and they never showed up. I attempted to track the package, but it just says the label was made, and I'm still waiting for USPS to pick it up. It's been 20 days since I made the order and I've gotten no reply. Seriously, steer clear of this seller. You ain't gonna get your package or your cash back.

"Not Great for Business"
The management team is pretty uninspiring, often delaying employee paychecks and not compensating for services provided. The accounting folks in California are the absolute worst, always coming up with excuses to avoid paying workers when they choose to leave this terrible company and its management. This place really needs a serious revamp, especially in the accounting area. Elsie from California is just the worst.

"Absolutely Adore My Dresses"
I got myself a couple of dresses and I'm really into both of 'em. The material is a bit lighter than I thought it would be, but I’m cool with throwing on a slip. The colors and lengths are super cute!

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT"
The Papaya store in Orlando (Vineland) has some really unfriendly managers, and the place is crawling with mold. They want their staff to eat in a cramped area that's full of mold. Plus, they’re still using paper checks, which is just absurd, and our checks came late. The products are low quality, and their no-refund policy is a joke. I wouldn't suggest anyone to either work there or shop there.

"Lack of Professionalism"
The customer service here is really lacking. The assistant manager, NICOLE, is quite rude and not at all professional. Plus, the sales associates seem to be glued to their phones and taking calls while they're supposed to be working.

"Inconsistent Sizing Issues"
I used to be a big fan of Papaya back in the day. Recently, I bought 6 pieces, but only 3 of them fit right, even though they were all labeled the same size. A couple of them were identical except for the color. It made no sense at all. I'm really bummed out that their sizing is so unpredictable.

"Refund Policy Issues"
I really dig the clothes, but the return policy? Not a fan. I’ve never come across a shop that doesn’t allow refunds after a purchase. What about during the holidays when folks are buying gifts for others, or even for birthdays? If something doesn’t fit, are you just gonna say no cash back? Plus, giving only 14 days for store credit is kinda tight.

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY"
The clothing feels really cheap, kinda like what you'd get from Wish. I tried calling the 323 number, but nobody ever answers. Ended up having to email them, and it took a whole three days to get a reply. They sent me the wrong sizes, and none of them had tags. I had to cover the return shipping costs, and to make matters worse, I only got back half of what I spent on everything. Why should I pay to send back your error and still get only a partial refund for items I didn’t even get to try on because they were the wrong size? Shop at your own risk. If you check out all the negative reviews, you'll see the warning signs. I spent nearly $200 on stuff and had to send back almost half because of sizing issues. If I had known about their terrible return policy, I wouldn't have ordered so much at once.

"Customer Service Nightmare!"
I bought a jacket and wore it just once. While I had it on, it tore along the seam. It's obvious that it was stitched poorly and the quality is just terrible. I went to the store, and they told me I needed to reach out to corporate customer service. When I called them, they said I had to get in touch with the store manager where I made the purchase. Corporate was just as clueless and disrespectful.

So, I called the store. The manager at WILLOW GROVE MALL in PA was the worst I've ever dealt with in retail. She was swearing and putting down everything I said. She was rude, dismissive, and incredibly disrespectful. I explained that I get the store policy and FINAL SALE. Her response was, "obviously you don't understand or you wouldn't be calling." I told her I absolutely understand, but what I don’t get is how I wore the jacket once and now I'm out both money and a jacket, and her reply was simply, "yup."

I will never shop with this company again.

"Customer Service Experience"
The employee I encountered was quite rude; I believe her name was Michele at the Springfield store in Alexandria on September 29, around 7pm. There was zero courtesy, and she wasn’t helpful at all in locating items or checking availability. Just so you know, it was our very first time shopping there. I had heard a lot of good things about the quality and prices. The cashier who helped us before this lady was super nice and accommodating. I really don’t want to use harsh language, but the polite and courteous girl was a young short black woman, while the unfriendly one was white—if I recall correctly, her name was Michele.

"Terrible Experience"
The apparel is of really low quality. They offer items that are damaged. The return policy is the most awful one I've ever encountered. The staff are unfriendly and don’t provide any assistance. They blast loud music filled with profanity and sexual themes. I’m done shopping at Papaya for good!
